As a dedicated nonprofit, HOPE reinvests any surplus revenues into its charitable mission. Our strategic business model positions us as a leading nonprofit organization in the affordable workforce housing sector nationwide.

The 2024—2026 strategic business plan is meticulously designed to be operational, actionable, and measurable, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. Building on the successes of our 2020—2024 strategic plan, the new framework focuses on four primary objectives: providing homes, supporting residents, building resilience, and promoting racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
