Community Preservation
Hope Housing Foundation is actively addressing the critical shortage of affordable housing by focusing on affordable housing preservation. Thousands of multifamily rental properties face the risk of leaving the pool of available affordable housing due to expiring public funding. Through strategies such as acquisition, refinancing, and renovation; Hope Housing Foundation aims to preserve and enhance existing facilities, thereby increasing long-term affordable housing options. Additionally, we are eager to explore opportunities for new construction to further expand affordable housing availability.
